Appliance Kingdom supplies appliance parts to homeowners, property managers and repair technicians across Lethbridge and Southern Alberta. West Lethbridge, North Lethbridge, South Lethbridge and the surrounding districts including Coaldale, Coalhurst and Taber. The stock sits in our Edmonton warehouse and travels to you by courier, which is how we get round the wait on a manufacturer back-order. For the counter itself, see appliance parts in Edmonton.

How Lethbridge Orders Are Shipped

What we can control is how fast the part leaves the building, so that is what we measure. The carrier sets the delivery time once it is on the road, and we are not going to quote you a date that is theirs to decide.

Legacy appliances

Discontinued Sears and Kenmore

We actively source and supply replacement components for discontinued Sears and Kenmore units, which is usually where other suppliers stop.

OEM, Aftermarket, and Which One You Actually Want

OEM means the part was made by the company that built your appliance. Aftermarket means it was made by someone else to do the same job. We are an authorised supplier of Supco parts, run capacitors and universal defrost timers, and we stock TradeFox specialised tools.

For mechanical components — belts, rollers, seals, hoses, pumps, elements — a quality aftermarket part generally performs the same and costs noticeably less. For control boards and sensors the picture is more mixed, and on some parts we will tell you to stay with OEM rather than sell you the cheaper one. If the fault turns out to be the electronics, see control board replacement and repair.

Discontinued machines are worth a separate mention. Sears and Kenmore units are the ones people most often give up on, and sourcing components for them is routine work here rather than a special favour.

Warranty and Returns

  • Non-electrical parts carry a thirty-day store warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Electrical parts are final sale. Control boards, timers, relays and thermistors cannot be returned once purchased or opened. There is no way to verify how a board was wired once it has been fitted, which is why the rule exists across the trade rather than just here.

What to Send Us

One thing matters more than everything else: the complete model number from the metal tag on the appliance itself. Not the number on the user manual, and not the one on the energy guide — both are frequently wrong, and a wrong number is how people end up with a part that does not fit.

  • Look on the door frame, the door jamb, behind the bottom drawer, or on the back panel.
  • Send the part number too if you can read it off the failed component.
  • Tell us what the appliance is doing, and what you have already tested.

Lethbridge Parts Questions

How fast do appliance parts ship to Lethbridge?

We focus on dispatch speed to get your parts on the road. Most in-stock inventory is processed and handed to our courier network the same business day. The final delivery time is set by the carrier and their standard routing into Southern Alberta, not by us, so we will not quote you a day we cannot control.

Can I pick my parts up in Edmonton instead?

Yes. If you are routing north, place the order over the phone and collect it from our parts counter at 9058 51 Ave NW, Edmonton. Call ahead so we can confirm the part is physically on the shelf before you travel.

Do you sell aftermarket parts as well as OEM?

Both. We are an authorised supplier of Supco parts, run capacitors, universal defrost timers and TradeFox specialised tools. For a lot of components a good aftermarket part performs the same job for noticeably less, and where it does not, we will tell you to stay with OEM.

What do you need from me before I order?

The complete model number, taken from the manufacturer’s metal tag on the appliance itself. Do not use the number from the user manual or the energy guide, because those are frequently wrong. On most machines the tag is on the door frame, the door jamb, behind the bottom drawer or on the back panel.

What warranty comes with a part?

Most non-electrical replacement parts carry a thirty-day store warranty against manufacturing defects. Electrical components — control boards, timers, relays and thermistors — are final sale and cannot be returned once purchased or opened, because there is no way to verify how they were wired.

Which areas around Lethbridge do you supply?

West, North and South Lethbridge, and the surrounding districts including Coaldale, Coalhurst and Taber, along with the rest of Southern Alberta. Parts travel by courier from our Edmonton warehouse.

Do you supply trade and property management accounts?

Yes. Homeowners, property managers and repair technicians all order from the same counter. If you are maintaining multiple units, tell us the appliance models you have across the portfolio and we can keep the common failure parts in mind when you call.

My part is not listed anywhere. Can you still find it?

Ask. The lists on this page are the common categories, not the whole catalogue, and discontinued lines are something we deal with regularly. Send the model number and a description of the fault.
